The service

Iris is an AI-powered support tool delivered via Telegram. It provides evidence-based conversational support for individuals working to quit pornography. The service includes real-time urge support, proactive check-ins, and progress tracking.

Not medical advice

Iris is not a medical service. It is not a therapist, counsellor, or healthcare provider. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or replace professional mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or crisis service immediately.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using the service, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

Free trial and payment

New users receive a 7-day free trial with no payment information required. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription at the current rate ($7/month or $79/year). Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time by contacting support or using the Stripe billing link provided to you. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Hardship policy

If you cannot afford the subscription, tell us. We have a hardship policy and will not deny access to someone who needs help because of cost.

Acceptable use

The service is intended for personal recovery support. You agree not to:

• Use the service on behalf of another person
• Send automated messages or use the service via scripts or bots
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the AI for purposes other than recovery support
• Use the service for illegal purposes

AI limitations

The service is powered by artificial intelligence. While it uses evidence-based techniques and is designed to be helpful, it may occasionally provide responses that are inaccurate, inappropriate, or unhelpful. It is a tool to support your recovery, not a guarantee of any outcome.

Data and privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iris and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
